Lauren Naomi is a writer, designer, and photographer from New York City. Her work combines personal storytelling with experimental print design to reimagine how stories are told and experienced.

Her debut work, The Parlor Room, is a novelistic memoir presented in the form of a tabloid newspaper.

BACKGROUND

In 2025, Lauren founded In The Parlor, an experimental thought space on modern domesticity through the lens of the modern woman. She leads creative across publishing and philanthropy organizations, with a particular focus on fiction and nonfiction works.

Prior to this, she spent ten years as a creative director in advertising. Most notable was her work for haircare brand Amika, where she served as brand creative director on the award-winning campaign Pick Up For Perk Up.
